If the Virtual keyboard/ OnScreen keyboard does not work in windows,
- Open Device manager and check if Cybernetyx HID drivers are installed under "Human Interface devices"
- If HID driver shows yellow mark, then download HID drivers from the link given below.

- Exit EyeRIS application
- Open device Manager
- Right click on "Cybernetyx HID" under human interface device
- if there is an option to uninstall
Select "Uninstall", a notification will come up, check the checkbox which says “ Delete drivers for this device” and click OK.
- If there is NO option to Uninstall, then
Uninstall HID- Compliance Mouse (2 drivers) from mice and other pointing devices and
1 driver of HID Keyboard Device from Keyboard.
Now right click on Cybernetyx HID and option to "uninstall" will appear.
Select "Uninstall", a notification will come up, check the checkbox which says “ Delete drivers for this device” and click OK.
- if there is an option to uninstall
Extract the zip and click on Install_driver.
Soon new Installer will be released which will already have this update.
EyeRIS 8-Series (Stylus) version
This updated HID driver is already included in latest EyeRIS 8090 drivers available on https://cybernetyx.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/23000003078-eyeris-8-series-driver-and-intellispace-app-setup. Just download and install the new EyeRIS application setup, it will update your HID drivers.
