- If your OS is windows 10, make sure your default system Language is English (U.S). Check FAQ to find out "Which all languages are supported by text recognition feature in IntelliSpace software?"
- Make sure, your OS is Windows 7 Home Premium and above. Text recognition is not supported on (Windows 7 Starter and Home basic)
