This issue comes due to graphic driver settings in windows 8/8.1, If EyeRIS is being used on a laptop connected to a projector and there are two displays i.e. One of laptop and one of a projector, in this case, it is required to scale the display of built-in monitor to full screen.
To resolve this make sure to update to the latest version of EyeRIS software. Once you are using the latest versions of EyeRIS 8- series or 9-series driver follow steps mentioned below:
In Case of EyeRIS 8090.
- Right click on EyeRIS application icon running in Task Bar, and select open
- Go to Troubleshooting Option--> select "Aspect Ratio Correction" button.
In Case of EyeRIS-IX- series
- Right click on EyeRIS application icon running in Task Bar, and select open
- Go to Settings and Select Correct Offset.
In case of Any older Generation EyeRIS.
In older EyeRIS variant and older software version, this feature of automatically correcting offset is not present and the aspect ratio has to be corrected manually.
To do so, Right click on desktop-> go to graphic option-> go to panel fit-> go-to built-in display-> select scale to full screen".
