- Check for Stylus charging, try charging stylus with provided USB cable for 3 min and try again.
- Check for “Pen and Touch Support” in System Properties. It should show “Pen and Touch support available with 255 touch points”.
- If it’s showing “No pen and Touch input is available for this Display”, in system properties check and ensure your Operating system is Windows 7 (Home Premium, Professional, Enterprise or Ultimate) windows 8/ 8.1/10. As only these OS supports Multi-Touch.
- If OS is one the above then it means touch drivers are not properly installed on the machine.Try Restarting the machine, if nothing changes, try Reinstalling EyeRIS software.
2. If the OS is Window 7 (Starter and Home Basic), then by default it will work in single touch/mouse mode.
